Coin Earning & Rewards Policy

Welcome to ATHLOFIT.

This Coin & Rewards Policy ("Policy") governs the earning, accumulation, use, redemption,

expiration, adjustment, suspension, cancellation, and administration of ATHLOFIT Coins and all

rewards, incentives, promotions, benefits, gift cards, coupons, products, discounts, and related

reward programs offered through ATHLOFIT.

This Policy forms an integral part of the ATHLOFIT Terms and Conditions and applies to all

users of the ATHLOFIT platform. By participating in any ATHLOFIT reward program, earning

Coins, redeeming rewards, or otherwise engaging with the ATHLOFIT rewards ecosystem, you

acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

ATHLOFIT is owned and operated by Ranajay Enterprises ("ATHLOFIT", "Company", "we",

"our", or "us").

1. PURPOSE OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM

ATHLOFIT operates a rewards ecosystem designed to encourage physical activity, healthy

habits, user engagement, participation in wellness initiatives, and interaction with the

ATHLOFIT platform.

Users may have opportunities to earn ATHLOFIT Coins through various activities, including but

not limited to step tracking, fitness participation, challenges, referrals, purchases, campaigns,

promotions, loyalty programs, and other qualifying activities determined by ATHLOFIT from

time to time.

The ATHLOFIT rewards ecosystem is intended solely as a promotional and engagement

program. Participation in the program does not create any ownership interest, contractual

entitlement, investment right, financial relationship, or guarantee of future benefits.

2. NATURE OF ATHLOFIT COINS

ATHLOFIT Coins are promotional loyalty points issued exclusively for use within the

ATHLOFIT ecosystem.

ATHLOFIT Coins are not legal tender, currency, electronic money, stored value, securities,

financial instruments, bank deposits, investment products, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or any

form of monetary instrument.Coins have no independent cash value and may only be used in accordance with ATHLOFIT

policies and redemption options made available by the Company.

The issuance of Coins does not create any property rights, ownership rights, financial rights,

vested rights, or transferable interests in favor of users. All Coins remain part of the ATHLOFIT

rewards ecosystem and are governed solely by the rules established by ATHLOFIT.

3. EARNING ATHLOFIT COINS

Users may earn Coins through qualifying activities made available by ATHLOFIT. Such

activities may include physical activity tracking, step count achievements, challenge

participation, leaderboard participation, referral programs, promotional campaigns, purchases,

engagement activities, special events, seasonal campaigns, wellness initiatives, loyalty programs,

and other activities designated by ATHLOFIT.

ATHLOFIT reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility criteria, earning methodology,

conversion ratios, earning frequency, earning limitations, verification requirements, and reward

structure applicable to any Coin earning opportunity.

The number of Coins awarded for any activity may vary based on business requirements,

promotions, operational considerations, fraud prevention measures, technical limitations, or

program modifications.

ATHLOFIT does not guarantee that any specific activity will continue to generate Coins

indefinitely.

4. ACTIVITY VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION

To maintain fairness and integrity within the ATHLOFIT ecosystem, all activities may be subject

to validation, verification, review, and audit by ATHLOFIT.

ATHLOFIT may utilize automated systems, fraud detection mechanisms, device verification

tools, analytics technologies, behavioral analysis systems, and manual review processes to verify

the legitimacy of user activities.

If ATHLOFIT reasonably believes that activity records are inaccurate, manipulated, artificially

generated, fraudulent, duplicated, unverifiable, suspicious, or inconsistent with expected user

behavior, ATHLOFIT may reject, adjust, remove, invalidate, withhold, or cancel associated

Coins and rewards.

ATHLOFIT's determination regarding activity validation shall be final and binding.5. REWARD ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for Coins, rewards, promotions, benefits, gift cards, coupons, discounts, products, and

redemption opportunities may depend on a variety of factors including account status,

geographic availability, compliance with platform policies, inventory availability, partner

participation, campaign requirements, fraud reviews, account verification status, and technical

considerations.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or remove eligibility requirements

at any time.

Participation in the ATHLOFIT platform does not guarantee eligibility for any specific reward or

benefit.

6. COIN BALANCES

Coin balances displayed within ATHLOFIT are provided for informational purposes and may be

subject to verification, recalculation, corrections, audits, adjustments, synchronization delays,

technical issues, fraud reviews, or administrative actions.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to correct any Coin balance that it reasonably believes to be

inaccurate due to system errors, technical malfunctions, fraud, abuse, duplicate transactions,

calculation issues, or administrative mistakes.

Users acknowledge that displayed balances may not always reflect final verified balances.

7. REWARD REDEMPTION

ATHLOFIT may permit users to redeem Coins for products, gift cards, coupons, discounts,

promotional benefits, loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, merchandise, services, experiences,

digital content, memberships, subscriptions, and other rewards made available through the

platform.

The availability, pricing, redemption value, quantity, inventory, eligibility, and redemption

requirements of rewards may change without prior notice.

ATHLOFIT does not guarantee the availability of any reward and reserves the right to replace,

substitute, modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, remove, or cancel any reward at any time.

Completion of a redemption request does not guarantee fulfillment until the redemption has been

reviewed, approved, and successfully processed.8. COIN-ONLY REDEMPTIONS

Products, services, or rewards obtained exclusively through Coin redemption are considered

promotional rewards provided under the ATHLOFIT loyalty ecosystem.

Except where required by applicable law, rewards obtained solely through Coins are not eligible

for return, refund, replacement, exchange, compensation, cash reimbursement, or restoration of

redeemed Coins.

Users are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, sizes, colors,

images, features, and applicable redemption requirements before completing any redemption.

All redemption decisions made by ATHLOFIT regarding Coin-only rewards shall be final.

9. COIN PLUS CASH TRANSACTIONS

ATHLOFIT may allow users to combine Coins with monetary payments when purchasing

eligible products or services.

Transactions involving both Coins and monetary payments may be subject to additional terms,

return policies, replacement policies, refund policies, promotional restrictions, payment

verification requirements, and product-specific conditions.

Eligibility for returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds in such cases shall be governed by

ATHLOFIT's applicable Refund and Replacement Policy.

10. NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF COINS

ATHLOFIT Coins are personal to the account through which they were earned and may not be

sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, exchanged, pledged, traded, inherited, or otherwise disposed

of to any third party.

Users may not create secondary markets, trading arrangements, or commercial activities

involving ATHLOFIT Coins.

Any attempt to transfer or commercialize Coins may result in the suspension, restriction,

termination, or permanent closure of the associated account and forfeiture of all accumulated

balances.

11. COIN EXPIRATION

ATHLOFIT Coins are intended to encourage active participation in the platform.If a user does not log into their ATHLOFIT account for a continuous period of ninety (90) days,

all available Coin balances may automatically expire.

Expired Coins may be permanently forfeited and shall not be eligible for restoration,

compensation, transfer, replacement, reimbursement, or reissuance.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to modify Coin expiration rules where permitted by applicable law

and business requirements.

12. PROMOTIONS AND BONUS REWARDS

ATHLOFIT may periodically offer promotional campaigns, bonus Coin opportunities, seasonal

rewards, limited-time incentives, referral bonuses, challenge rewards, special events, and

marketing campaigns.

Such promotions may be governed by separate rules, eligibility requirements, timelines,

limitations, verification procedures, and redemption conditions.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, terminate, or cancel any

promotion at any time.

Participation in promotional activities does not guarantee future promotional opportunities.

13. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND MISUSE

ATHLOFIT maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward fraud, abuse, manipulation, and misuse

of the rewards ecosystem.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fake step generation, emulator usage, device

spoofing, automated scripts, bot activity, referral fraud, reward manipulation, unauthorized

access, multiple account creation, transaction abuse, payment fraud, chargeback abuse,

promotional exploitation, and any attempt to improperly obtain rewards.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct using automated systems,

analytics tools, technical reviews, manual investigations, and verification procedures.

Where misconduct is identified or reasonably suspected, ATHLOFIT may suspend accounts,

freeze balances, remove rewards, cancel transactions, invalidate Coins, restrict participation, or

permanently terminate access to the platform.

14. MODIFICATION OF REWARD PROGRAMS

ATHLOFIT continuously evolves its products, services, and rewards ecosystem.Accordingly, ATHLOFIT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify earning methods,

earning ratios, redemption values, reward structures, eligibility requirements, campaign rules,

reward categories, Coin expiration rules, redemption options, inventory availability, promotional

benefits, or any other aspect of the rewards ecosystem.

Such modifications may occur without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Continued use of ATHLOFIT following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated

program terms.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATHLOFIT shall not be liable for any losses,

damages, expenses, missed opportunities, lost rewards, lost Coins, redemption issues, inventory

shortages, technical interruptions, campaign cancellations, reward unavailability, verification

outcomes, or administrative decisions relating to the ATHLOFIT rewards ecosystem.

Participation in the rewards program is voluntary and undertaken at the user's own discretion.

16. FINAL INTERPRETATION

ATHLOFIT reserves the exclusive right to interpret, administer, enforce, investigate, and apply

this Policy.

Any determination, decision, interpretation, review outcome, verification result, eligibility

assessment, fraud finding, account action, reward decision, redemption decision, or program

administration decision made by ATHLOFIT shall be final and binding to the maximum extent

permitted by applicable law.
