These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you

("User", "you", or "your") and ATHLOFIT, a platform owned and operated by Ranajay

Enterprises ("ATHLOFIT", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use

of the ATHLOFIT mobile application, website, rewards ecosystem, fitness tracking tools, e-

commerce platform, challenges, leaderboards, wearable integrations, and all related products,

features, content, technologies, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By accessing, registering for, downloading, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using

ATHLOFIT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these

Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by ATHLOFIT from time to time. If

you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services.

ATHLOFIT may provide nutrition, calorie, hydration, dietary, wellness, and food-related

information obtained from public databases, third-party sources, user inputs, automated

calculations, and other informational resources. Such information is provided for general

informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every

individual.

1. ELIGIBILITY

ATHLOFIT is intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding

agreements under applicable laws. Users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older may access

and use the Services. Individuals below the age of thirteen (13) may use ATHLOFIT only with

the knowledge, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account or using ATHLOFIT, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the

eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and that all information provided by you is

accurate, complete, and current.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where eligibility

requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

In order to access certain features of ATHLOFIT, users may be required to create an account.

ATHLOFIT may offer various authentication methods including email verification, mobile

number verification, one-time passwords (OTP), social login services, or any other

authentication methods made available by the Company.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account

credentials and for all activities that occur through their account. Users agree to notify

ATHLOFIT immediately if they suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or compromise of their

account.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to refuse registration, limit account functionality, require

additional verification, or suspend accounts where necessary for security, fraud prevention,

operational, legal, or business reasons.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

ATHLOFIT provides a fitness and rewards ecosystem designed to encourage healthy lifestyles

and user engagement. The Services may include activity tracking, step tracking, reward earning

opportunities, Coin accumulation, product purchases, product redemptions, coupons, gift cards,

promotional offers, challenges, leaderboards, referral programs, nutrition tools, hydration

tracking, wellness insights, wearable device integrations, e-commerce functionality, and other

related services.

The availability of any feature, service, product, reward, campaign, challenge, promotion, or

benefit may vary by location, user eligibility, technical compatibility, operational requirements,

inventory availability, business considerations, or applicable laws.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, replace, or

remove any feature, functionality, product, reward, service, or portion of the platform at any time

without liability.

4. FITNESS AND WELLNESS INFORMATION

ATHLOFIT is designed to support fitness, wellness, and lifestyle engagement. Any information

displayed through the platform, including activity records, step counts, calorie estimates, BMI

calculations, hydration recommendations, nutrition information, wellness scores, heart rate

information, blood pressure estimates, activity insights, and other health-related content, is

provided solely for informational and wellness purposes.

ATHLOFIT does not provide medical advice, healthcare services, diagnosis, treatment, clinical

monitoring, emergency services, or professional healthcare recommendations. No informationprovided through ATHLOFIT should be interpreted as medical advice or relied upon for medical

decision-making.

Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical condition,

treatment, medication, diagnosis, or healthcare-related concern.

5. ATHLOFIT COINS

ATHLOFIT may award users with ATHLOFIT Coins through physical activity, participation in

challenges, promotional campaigns, referrals, purchases, engagement activities, or any other

qualifying actions determined by ATHLOFIT.

ATHLOFIT Coins are promotional loyalty points intended solely for use within the ATHLOFIT

ecosystem. Coins do not constitute legal tender, currency, electronic money, stored value,

securities, financial instruments, bank deposits, investment products, or any other monetary

asset. Coins have no guaranteed cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where

expressly permitted by ATHLOFIT.

The earning rate, redemption value, eligibility requirements, reward availability, earning

mechanisms, expiration rules, and usage restrictions applicable to Coins shall be determined

solely by ATHLOFIT and may be modified from time to time.

Participation in the ATHLOFIT rewards ecosystem does not create any ownership rights in

Coins beyond the limited rights expressly granted by ATHLOFIT.

6. COIN EXPIRY

ATHLOFIT Coins are intended to encourage active participation within the platform. In order to

maintain an active account, users must log into ATHLOFIT periodically.

If a user fails to log into their ATHLOFIT account for ninety (90) consecutive days, all

accumulated Coins associated with that account may automatically expire. Expired Coins may be

permanently forfeited and may not be restored, reinstated, transferred, refunded, compensated, or

otherwise recovered.

ATHLOFIT shall have sole discretion regarding the administration of Coin expiration and

related account activity requirements.

**7. REWARDS AND REDEMPTIONS ** ATHLOFIT may allow users to redeem Coins for products, gift cards, coupons, discounts,

promotional benefits, loyalty rewards, merchandise, services, or other redemption opportunities

made available through the platform.The availability of rewards may depend on inventory levels, supplier availability, partner

participation, geographic limitations, operational requirements, legal restrictions, technical

constraints, promotional conditions, or business considerations.

ATHLOFIT does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific reward, redemption

option, product, gift card, coupon, promotion, or benefit.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, limit, cancel, or remove

any reward or redemption option at any time.

8. PRODUCT PURCHASES

ATHLOFIT may offer products, merchandise, services, subscriptions, memberships, wellness

products, fitness-related goods, digital products, or other offerings through its platform.

Purchases may be completed using Coins, monetary payments, combined Coin and monetary

payments, discounts, promotional credits, or other approved payment methods accepted by

ATHLOFIT.

All orders remain subject to acceptance, inventory availability, verification procedures, fraud

screening, payment authorization, pricing accuracy, operational feasibility, and applicable legal

requirements.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to reject, cancel, refuse, modify, delay, or limit any order at its

sole discretion.

9. REFERRAL PROGRAMS

ATHLOFIT may operate referral programs that allow users to earn rewards for inviting eligible

new users to join the platform.

Users must participate in referral programs honestly and in accordance with all applicable rules.

The creation of fake accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated referral methods,

deceptive practices, reward manipulation, or any other activity intended to improperly obtain

referral benefits is strictly prohibited.

ATHLOFIT may investigate referral activities and may withhold, reverse, cancel, revoke, or

remove referral rewards where abuse, fraud, manipulation, or policy violations are suspected.

10. CHALLENGES, LEADERBOARDS, AND COMPETITIONS

ATHLOFIT may organize challenges, campaigns, contests, competitions, rankings, leaderboards,

and promotional events designed to encourage user engagement and physical activity.Participation in such activities is voluntary. ATHLOFIT reserves the right to determine

eligibility criteria, scoring methods, ranking methodologies, reward structures, participation

requirements, verification procedures, and event rules.

ATHLOFIT may modify, suspend, cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, replace, or discontinue any

challenge, leaderboard, campaign, or competition at any time.

All decisions made by ATHLOFIT regarding rankings, rewards, eligibility, participation,

verification, and outcomes shall be final and binding.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users agree not to engage in any conduct that may interfere with the operation, security,

integrity, fairness, or intended purpose of ATHLOFIT.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, fake step generation, device spoofing, emulator

usage, automated scripts, bots, reward manipulation, Coin abuse, referral fraud, payment fraud,

multiple account creation, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, intellectual property

infringement, harassment, abusive behavior, malware distribution, security attacks, unlawful

activities, or any conduct that may harm ATHLOFIT, its users, partners, service providers,

reputation, systems, or business interests.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

12. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

ATHLOFIT reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict, suspend, limit,

freeze, investigate, deactivate, or permanently terminate any account where it reasonably

believes that fraud, abuse, misconduct, security risks, policy violations, suspicious activity, legal

concerns, operational requirements, or business interests justify such action.

Where appropriate, ATHLOFIT may also remove rewards, revoke benefits, cancel transactions,

invalidate Coins, restrict redemptions, or prevent future participation in ATHLOFIT programs.

ATHLOFIT shall not be liable for any losses resulting from actions taken pursuant to this

section.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available through ATHLOFIT, including software, technology, databases, text,

graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, images, videos, interfaces, branding elements, reward

systems, algorithms, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ATHLOFIT and is protected

by applicable intellectual property laws.Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use

ATHLOFIT solely for personal and lawful purposes. No rights, title, or ownership in any

intellectual property are transferred to users through use of the Services.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ATHLOFIT may integrate with third-party services, wearable devices, payment processors,

analytics providers, delivery partners, technology providers, and other external platforms.

ATHLOFIT does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, content,

privacy practices, policies, products, services, actions, or omissions of third-party providers.

Users interact with third-party services at their own risk and should review applicable third-party

terms and policies.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHLOFIT is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS

AVAILABLE" basis.

ATHLOFIT makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted operation,

continuous availability, fitness tracking accuracy, reward availability, product availability,

service reliability, error-free performance, security, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a

particular purpose, or the achievement of any specific result.

Users acknowledge that use of ATHLOFIT involves inherent risks associated with technology,

connectivity, fitness tracking systems, and online services.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ATHLOFIT, Ranajay Enterprises, its

affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary

damages arising from or related to the use of ATHLOFIT.

This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of

rewards, business interruption, device issues, unauthorized access, service interruptions,

transaction disputes, or reliance upon information provided through ATHLOFIT.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATHLOFIT, Ranajay Enterprises, affiliates,

directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers from and

against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, costs, or legal fees arising from theiruse of ATHLOFIT, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, infringement of third-

party rights, fraudulent conduct, misuse of rewards, or unauthorized activities.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to ATHLOFIT, the

Services, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in

India.

19. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to update, amend, revise, modify, replace, or supplement these

Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise

specified.

Continued use of ATHLOFIT after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of

the updated Terms.
