These Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy ("Guidelines") establish the standards of conduct expected from every individual who accesses or uses the ATHLOFIT platform.

ATHLOFIT is owned and operated by Ranajay Enterprises ("ATHLOFIT", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Guidelines form an integral part of the ATHLOFIT Terms and Conditions and apply to all users, visitors, participants, customers, reward recipients, challenge participants, referral users, purchasers, and any other individuals interacting with the ATHLOFIT platform.

By creating an account, participating in challenges, earning Coins, redeeming rewards, purchasing products, referring users, or otherwise using ATHLOFIT, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.

Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in warnings, account restrictions, Coin forfeiture, reward removal, account suspension, account termination, transaction cancellation, or other actions deemed appropriate by ATHLOFIT.

1. OUR COMMUNITY PRINCIPLES

ATHLOFIT is built around promoting healthier lifestyles, positive engagement, personal growth, fitness motivation, and fair participation.

To maintain a positive experience for all users, ATHLOFIT expects every user to act honestly, respectfully, responsibly, and lawfully while using the platform.

All users are expected to contribute to an environment that encourages fairness, transparency, inclusiveness, and mutual respect.

2. HONEST PARTICIPATION

ATHLOFIT rewards genuine activity and authentic participation.

Users must earn rewards, Coins, rankings, achievements, challenge positions, referral benefits, and other incentives through legitimate activities only.

Any attempt to artificially inflate activity, manipulate rewards, exploit platform systems, or obtain benefits through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears unusual, suspicious, inconsistent, or potentially fraudulent.

3. PROHIBITED STEP MANIPULATION

The ATHLOFIT rewards ecosystem is designed to reward genuine movement and physical activity.

Users may not engage in any activity intended to generate artificial, inaccurate, misleading, inflated, or fraudulent activity records.

Examples include, but are not limited to: • Artificial step generation. • Mechanical movement devices. • Device shaking intended to simulate walking. • Automated activity generation tools. • Activity simulation software. • Sensor manipulation. • Activity spoofing techniques. • Any method intended to falsely increase fitness activity measurements.

Where ATHLOFIT determines that activity data is not genuine, related Coins, rewards, rankings, achievements, challenge positions, and benefits may be removed.

4. DEVICE SPOOFING AND EMULATOR USE

Users may not manipulate device information, operating system data, location information, hardware identifiers, sensor information, or other technical information in a manner intended to obtain unfair advantages.

The use of emulators, virtual devices, modified applications, automated systems, reverseengineered software, or unauthorized third-party tools may result in immediate enforcement action.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts associated with device spoofing, emulator usage, or technical manipulation.

5. FAIR USE OF REWARDS

ATHLOFIT operates a loyalty and rewards ecosystem designed to benefit genuine users.

Users must not attempt to: • Exploit reward systems. • Abuse promotional campaigns. • Manipulate redemption processes. • Circumvent earning limitations. • Exploit software errors. • Take advantage of technical malfunctions. • Obtain rewards through unauthorized methods.

If rewards are issued due to technical errors, system malfunctions, administrative mistakes, duplicate transactions, or incorrect calculations, ATHLOFIT reserves the right to remove, adjust, revoke, or recover such rewards.

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM INTEGRITY

Referral programs are intended to encourage genuine growth of the ATHLOFIT community.

Users may not: • Refer themselves. • Create duplicate accounts. • Create fake users. • Purchase referrals. • Sell referrals. • Exchange referrals for compensation outside ATHLOFIT. • Use automated referral systems. • Misrepresent referral offers. • Manipulate referral tracking systems.

ATHLOFIT may invalidate referral rewards and take enforcement action where abuse is detected.

7. ACCOUNT AUTHENTICITY

Users must maintain truthful and accurate account information.

Users may not: • Impersonate another person. • Use misleading identities. • Misrepresent affiliations. • Create accounts on behalf of others without authorization. • Provide fraudulent information. • Circumvent account restrictions through additional accounts.

ATHLOFIT may request verification information where reasonably necessary to maintain platform security and integrity.

8. MULTIPLE ACCOUNT ABUSE

Unless specifically authorized by ATHLOFIT, users may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards, referral benefits, promotional incentives, challenge advantages, or other platform benefits.

Where ATHLOFIT determines that multiple accounts are being used improperly, the Company may suspend, merge, restrict, or terminate affected accounts and remove associated rewards.

9. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

ATHLOFIT encourages positive and respectful interactions. Users may not engage in conduct that is abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, offensive, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: • Harassment. • Personal attacks. • Bullying. • Threats. • Hate speech. • Discriminatory content. • Offensive language. • Abusive communication. • Targeted intimidation.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to remove content and take enforcement action where such conduct occurs.

10. UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES

Users may not use ATHLOFIT to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, governmental requirements, judicial orders, or legal obligations.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud. • Identity theft. • Financial crimes. • Unauthorized access. • Intellectual property violations. • Cybercrime. • Money laundering. • Deceptive practices. • Illegal commercial activities.

ATHLOFIT may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

11. PLATFORM SECURITY

The security of ATHLOFIT is important to protecting all users.

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access. • Interfere with platform operations. • Bypass security mechanisms. • Test vulnerabilities without authorization. • Deploy malicious code. • Upload malware. • Conduct denial-of-service attacks. • Disrupt system availability. • Access restricted systems.

ATHLOFIT actively monitors for threats and reserves all rights necessary to protect its infrastructure and users.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESPECT

Users must respect intellectual property rights belonging to ATHLOFIT, third parties, partners, brands, content creators, licensors, and other rights holders.

Users may not:

• Copy proprietary content without authorization. • Reproduce ATHLOFIT branding. • Use ATHLOFIT trademarks without permission. • Misappropriate copyrighted material. • Infringe intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized use may result in enforcement action and legal remedies.

13. PROMOTIONS, CHALLENGES, AND LEADERBOARDS

ATHLOFIT may offer challenges, competitions, leaderboards, campaigns, promotions, and special events.

Users are expected to participate fairly and honestly.

Any attempt to manipulate rankings, challenge outcomes, reward eligibility, participation metrics, or event results may result in disqualification and additional enforcement measures.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to verify results and determine final outcomes.

14. E-COMMERCE AND TRANSACTION INTEGRITY

Users must engage honestly when purchasing products, redeeming rewards, requesting refunds, submitting claims, participating in promotions, or interacting with ATHLOFIT's e-commerce services.

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent refund requests. • Abuse return policies. • Provide false evidence. • Misrepresent delivery issues. • Engage in payment fraud. • Conduct chargeback abuse.

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to investigate suspicious transaction activity and take appropriate action.

15. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users who become aware of suspected violations of these Guidelines may report concerns to ATHLOFIT through the designated support channels.

ATHLOFIT may review reports, conduct investigations, request additional information, and take action where appropriate.

Submission of a report does not guarantee any specific outcome.

16. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Guidelines using automated systems, technical reviews, manual audits, fraud detection tools, security systems, analytics technologies, and other reasonable methods.

Where ATHLOFIT determines that a violation has occurred or may have occurred, ATHLOFIT may take one or more actions including:

• Issuing warnings. • Removing content. • Removing rewards. • Invalidating Coins. • Restricting participation. • Suspending accounts. • Terminating accounts. • Cancelling transactions. • Blocking redemptions. • Restricting access to features. • Pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.

The nature of any enforcement action shall be determined solely by ATHLOFIT.

17. NO CIRCUMVENTION

Users may not attempt to bypass, evade, avoid, or circumvent any restriction, suspension, limitation, verification process, enforcement action, security measure, or policy implemented by ATHLOFIT.

Attempts to circumvent enforcement measures may result in permanent account termination.

18. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE GUIDELINES

ATHLOFIT reserves the right to modify, update, revise, replace, amend, supplement, or discontinue these Guidelines at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.

Continued use of ATHLOFIT following publication of revised Guidelines constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

19. FINAL INTERPRETATION

ATHLOFIT reserves the exclusive right to interpret, administer, investigate, enforce, and apply these Guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all determinations relating to violations, enforcement actions, reward eligibility, account restrictions, fraud reviews, challenge outcomes, and related matters shall be made by ATHLOFIT in its reasonable discretion.
